World Wide Movers Incorporated

Poor communication and customer service. Had to call about the delivery of items and was told my boxes arrived a week prior and were just sitting in a warehouse. Items were missing, movers are rude, zero communication.

Used them to weigh a vehicle. Very easy, drive in from the south and bring the cash to the front counter. Took 5 minutes for the weigh and re-weigh.

These guys (Dan & Fred) really went far & above in ensuring my household goods were carefully wrapped and packed & that the new house was protected to avoid any possible damage. The efficiency and quality of work they do in packing is unmatched. Dan was very knowledgeable and efficient during the es...

Can get a POV weighed here for military move. Cost was $12 (as of 2024), and was quick and easy. The lady was very nice, even though I arrived 5 minutes before closing time.

Had my stuff stored here for 6 years and had to pick up my stuff last minute. The staff was accommodating and was able to squeeze me in. I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received.

Used the Alaskan branch to pack, store and deliver personal household goods beginning in September, 2020 and ending in January, 2022. Boxes intact and nothing found broken as I unpack.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Absolute worst experience of any move we have ever move. Here is the short version of our experience: We hired World Wide Movers to move us from Oregon back to Alaska in August 2021. First problem, they called two days prior to our scheduled packing date and said they couldn...

I came to use their scales. Very fast and friendly. She gave me the information that I needed. She also saved me a couple of bucks if I paid for my empty and full weight at the same time. Great customer service.

I hired World Wide Movers to move my already packed belongings across town. The office was very responsive to my inquiries and communications. The pricing they gave me was consistent with the quotes I received from other local movers. The movers arrived at the expected time, they had a positive and...

We've used World Wide Movers twice already for our move. The movers are always efficient, friendly and communicates effectively. They are courteous of our homes and would lay down protective coverings and boards to protect our hardwood floor. Highly recommend!.

I am very pleased with the service we received when we relocated from Anchorage, AK to Asheville, NC. The two men who packed up our house were careful and efficient. When we unpacked, not a thing was broken!! It was great working with Samantha Renfrew from World Wide Movers. Karen and Andy Florian

I've hired many movers in my life and I have never been more disappointed in my decision to hire World Wide Movers. I agreed upon 2 men and a truck for my move across town. They showed up with three men nearly 30 minutes late. They worked for 40 minutes and then they took a break! Smoking cigarettes...
