The Moving Man INC

They were great! I needed to move my two bedroom apartment to another two bedroom and they were the best I have ever used! A two man team showed up, immediately got set up after doing a quick walk thru of my stuff and got to work. Quick. Methodical. Good communication. I’ve used Super Man and Gre...

Excellent service and careful movers.

They were very helpful when trying to move a couch from my friends place to mine

Great service and price! The son's owner came to my house with another young man and took great care of my items by packing them nicely and safely delivered. Very professional and definitely would use them again. Thank you very much!

Just had two of your movers help to get several boxes packed for donation, and moved downstairs to a staging area. They were invaluable to me because stairs are very hard on me. They also followed me to deliver a few things to my own home and it all went so smoothly and we wete done faster than I th...

I ordered an exercise bike that was too heavy for me to move around on my own. I just needed someone to pick it up from the shipping business and carry into my home for me. Other places I checked with wanted to charge me a two-hour minimum. The Moving Man has no minimum, and just rounds the time...

We just moved from very high on the hillside with a treacherous driveway to downtown. These guys killed it!! Heavy stuff and all stairs in both places. Not an easy move even for the most seasoned movers. They were efficient, respectful and professional. I highly recommend!!

Quick and easy to make an appointment for my move. The movers arrived at stated time. Fast, efficient, and took good care of both my belongings as well as the flooring and walls at my house. Hopefully won’t be moving again anytime soon but would definitely use again.

I was ghosted by the movers I had set a date and time with. I called The Moving Man and they had a spot open and sent out movers within an hour who were very careful and courteous and reasonably priced. I've updated my phone contacts.

I decided NOT to use this company due to the managements lack of professionalism in handling of problems the company created with customers. Since I will be moving a 1000 square feet of tools & 3000 square feet of household goods I do not see any reason to create problems for myself, especially hav...

Called these guys on December 31 for a move onto Elemendorf. The house I am selling was scheduled to close on Jan 6th. They couldn't accommodate me until January 12. So I had the closing date changed until the 12th. I just called to verify the move and was told they couldn't help me because they ha...

The moving men called to let me know they were on their way over. Their truck was nice and big.The guys jumped out enthusiastically, ready to work. They listened to what I wanted done and they did it happily with care and agility. My movers were Jose and Zack. They didn't scratch or break anything....

First of all they told us not to go with company "b" -quoted us a lesser price, their trucks broke down, causing major stress, broke our tv and questioned if we lied about it and offered us 50 bucks. Screw this company

I just completed a self move from Anchorage to Las Vegas, Nevada, using a 40-foot ocean container provided by The Moving Man that I loaded and unloaded myself. The container was moved via Horizon Lines/Matson; a combination of ocean ship, rail and truck service door-to-door. Their service was exce...

We chose The Moving Man for a partial packing and full loading job to move our household from Anchorage to Seattle. The packing job was marginal at best, and the loading job was deficient. Several pieces of furniture wound up badly damaged, not because of rough seas or normal scratch-and-dent stuff t...

My wife and I move frequently and have used many moving companies over the years, so speaking from experience, I can assure you this is the WORST moving company ever. They managed to DESTROY every piece of fine furniture my wife and I own.The company's owner Martin went on and on about how much mon...

$698--Original The Moving Man charges, billed @ $115 per hour-----------------------------------------------------------Subtract $115 for movers arriving with a van instead of a truck @ 8:30 AM. I was told many times two men and a truck by the ladies in your office, and even your paperwork that I s...
